How to Add Your Signature to a PDF on iPhone (Free)

Signed PDFs and Your Document Archive
The signature workflow is solved on iPhone: Files app → Markup → Signature. No apps required, works for any PDF.
The larger workflow problem: after signing, where does the signed copy go? Emailing it to someone else is easy. Keeping a searchable copy for your own records is not.
Share the signed PDF to Nemos immediately after signing. Add a voice note with context: "Signed lease for Valencia apartment — effective March 1. Monthly rent $2,800." Now the signed document is permanently findable by any of those terms.
Without this step: the signed PDF ends up in Files with a generic name, or in email with no context, found only by scrolling through file modification dates. With Nemos: search "lease" or "Valencia" 2 years later and retrieve it in 5 seconds.
