How to Screen-Record on iPhone With Audio (Internal + Mic)

Screen recording with audio on iPhone: swipe down Control Center > long-press Screen Record icon > tap Microphone Audio to enable > tap Start Recording. A 3-second countdown begins, then recording starts with both screen and microphone audio.
Setup
Add Screen Record to Control Center if not present: Settings > Control Center > + Screen Recording.
Microphone audio: records your voice and ambient sound along with the screen. System audio (app sounds, music) always records. Your voice: only when Microphone is explicitly enabled.

iPhone screen recordings save as MP4 files. No time limit, but recordings consume significant storage (approx 300MB per 10 minutes at 4K). Find recordings in Photos > Recents.

Microphone recordings include any conversations in the room. Review before sharing. Screen recordings may capture sensitive notifications that appear during recording.
