The three good answers differ in what they ask of you. Apple Notes is already on both devices and syncs with no setup. It needs only your Apple ID, and it is free.
Bear is a tidy Markdown app for Apple devices. It keeps notes on your device and uses iCloud for sync, so you do not sign in to a separate web service. Sync sits in its paid plan.
Obsidian stores notes as plain files. It needs no account for personal use, and you can sync with iCloud Drive or Obsidian's paid service. It rewards people who enjoy some setup.
Nemos runs on iPhone and iPad, with browser extensions for Chrome, Firefox and Safari. On a Mac you can save pages from your browser into your library, but you cannot open that library there. It keeps your content in your own iCloud rather than on a Nemos server. It only belongs on this list if your Mac is for saving and your phone is for finding.
