Condition Monitoring Observations For vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis, and ultrasound: - Measurement date and equipment identifier - Key indicator results (bearing frequency amplitudes, oil viscosity change, thermal anomaly location) - Trend relative to prior readings - Action recommended based on condition assessment
